Feature Products

The People Data Tool (PDT) was orginially developed as a platform to build online survey and assessment instruments. Later it has been evolved naturally to a powerful and flexbile content management system (CMS) which enables to create various types of cotents. Equipped with advanced logic and page skipping functions, PDT allows to create highly compex and dynamic survey and assessment tools.

Feature Services

Our main services focus on creating and administering customized employee and client survey tailoring to customers' needs. The whole package of the services also includes online reporting portal, data analysis with qualitative and quantitative statistical techniques, and generating final reports of findings.

The group of industrial and organizaitonal (I/O) psychologists at DPsense also provide consulting services upon I/O related areas such as personnel selection, talent management, and leadership development.

Recent Projects

The latest project was conducted earlier this year (2021) and it purported to help a client to identify possible factors that caused the decline of its client satisfaction revealed by a FY2020 survey. DPsense I/O psychologist team delievered a technical report to our client that suggests the most likely factors linked to the drop of client satisfaction measures based on quantitative and qualitive analysis of the data collected in FY2019 and FY2020.

We developed and adminstered an online global client survey for an international finance organization in 2020. A technical report was the final delivery of this projectthat summarized the main findings of this client survey.
