How to add a radio button question?

The widely-used radio buttons question type prompts respondents to select only one of several answer options. For example, you should use radio button question to collect "Yes/no" answer or request respondents to identify gender from two or more given choices (e.g., Male/Femail...).

To add a radio-tutton type of question, you can simply click the "radio question" tab which is a child of the "Multiple Choices" tap on the top of page. 

Step 2: Add question title and options

Step 3: Update the question

After step 2, you will land on a page that allows you to add more features. For example, you might want to collect more information if a person select the "Other" option.  The image below shows you how to add a text box and put text before or after the text box if the "Other" option is selected. You even can add more options on this page with clicking the "Add Choices/Options/Scale Anchors" button.
